Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Order Processing

Since all our candles are handcrafted with care, orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch. During festive seasons, sale periods, custom orders or due to product availability, processing time may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order has been dispatched, it is generally delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays or remote serviceable locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details while placing an order.

PandaBee Candles HN shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or incorrect contact information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel if possible and contact us immediately.

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing your order number along with clear photographs or an unboxing video of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, PandaBee Candles HN is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

As all PandaBee Candles HN products are handcrafted and made with care, all sales are final.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs and an unboxing video. After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
